Christine Wank

Christine is an international facilitator, trainer and coach in organisation and leadership development and innovation with a passion for co-initiating and facilitating meaningful transformations and generative change. As senior facilitator of the Presencing Institute she has been engaged in the fields of capacity building and change facilitation for over a decade. As founder of Facilitate U she helps people and organizations reach their full potential and shape the world in a responsible way. During the last 15 years she has worked with business, government and NGO leaders, multi-cultural teams and organisations from across the globe.

Christine worked as senior project manager for organizational development at InWEnt – Capacity Building International, an organisation with worldwide operations focusing on capacity and HR development as well as high-ranking policy dialogues in international cooperation. She was responsible for large-scale post-merger and change processes, strategic conferences for top and middle managers, and training in HR and change management. Christine designed and facilitated cross-sector leadership and change processes as diverse as: How to manage Global Governance (with leaders from China, India, Pakistan, South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Egypt, Indonesia, and Germany); How to make transformations happen in Climate Change (ASEAN countries); How to lead in times of disruption and drive innovations (with senior leaders of the 20 biggest international NGO`s) and How to lead in the Digital Age.

Christine is founder of the Generative Facilitation Institute, offering programs and master classes with leading international practitioners to inspire and strengthen leaders, facilitators and change-makers in facilitating generative change and transformations. She was a guest lecturer on Leadership and Change i.e. at the Central European University in Budapest and Humboldt-Viadrina School of Governance in Berlin. She lives with her family in Berlin.
