Beth Jandernoa

Beth Jandernoa is an organizational learning consultant who divides her time between the U.S. and South Africa. The scope of her work includes leadership development, dialogue, large-scale participative change interventions and mentoring programs for emerging women leaders. Beth has over 20 years of experience working with business, healthcare, education, non-profit and government clients. Her clients have included Hewlett-Packard, Intel, British Petroleum, the City of Santa Fe, New Mexico, the State of Oregon’s Adult and Family Services Department and West Des Moines Public Schools.

Beth established and directed a Corporate College for Executive Leadership for a $4 billion health care company with 48,000 employees in the mid-1980’s. She has served on the faculty at the Society for Organizational Learning teaching the Core Competencies course with Peter Senge and the Presencing: Leading for Profound Innovation and Change course with Otto Scharmer, for Columbia University and the University of Michigan’s Advanced Program in Organization Development and Human Resource Management, for the 10-month Leadership for Collective Intelligence Course offered by Dialogos, and for the U.S. Government Graduate School Leadership Academy.

Beth’s earlier experience includes managing a sales team as a National Account Manager and coordinating the efforts of a technical team as an Operation’s Manager for AT & T. She worked in higher education as an Assistant Dean of Students at Colorado Women’s College and at Indiana University of Pennsylvania developing and facilitating leadership development, staff training, and career and personal counseling. She has a Master’s Degree in Personnel and Counseling Psychology and is a graduate of the Advanced Program in Organization Development and Human Resource Management at Columbia University and the University of Michigan.

Beth lives in Ashland, Oregon, USA where she is a founding partner of The Ashland Institute and Collaborative ChangeWorks. In Cape Town, South Africa Beth is an associate of Renaissance Business Associates.
