Westchester ARC Innovate

Key learnings:

We realized that we are in need for new identity in order to address this challenge.

Key process elements:

We used deep listening techniques in our interaction with our stakeholders and also mapping the present state both internally and externally.

Success looks like:

We are working in a 6 month process – develop a new identity. Our first success would be an articulation of  the desired state they want to create in the next 3-5 years and one prototype project to begin the process.

Help needed:

How do we help hold the container for deep change to occur?

Big idea:

ARC of Westchester, NY is serving children and adults who have developmental disabilities and their families. The State of New York is reorganizing funds and its relationship with the ARCs. We are aiming at articulating a new identity and relationship to our stakeholders.
