Key learnings:
- How to work with already successful people and opening their eyes how to live their true potential based on their deepest values.
- You can’t force the U. There is a delicate balance between moving forward and slowing down.
- The importance of deep personal coaching in such a program
- The importance and value of co-creating these programs with the board and the participants
Key process elements:
- Leadership development dialogues done in a new way
- Sensing journeys
- How nature was part of the program
- Meditation and awareness practices
- Two year program in which people connect to their deepest values and act from there
- We've videoed every step we took: 110 hours of footage
Success looks like:
- When the new strategy that we developed for the upcoming 10 years is a success for the future of the bank
- When the participants have increased their personal impact in the world
- When we have build strong international consortia in the key sectors the bank is focusing on (with a leading role of our participants)
- New financial services in new markets that support the quality of life of all members of society
Help needed:
- We’re asked to design a new program 2012-2013 based on our learning of this program. we’re looking for additional input and deeper understanding of the work with prototypes.
- Reflect together on the proces and the results after watching the movie we've made.
- Share our ideas of personal development. We’ve changed some words of the U and summarize it around : seeing, becoming, doing. We would like to have a dialogue about this to develop our understanding of personal transformation further.
