Key learnings:
- The 'U-paradigm' is challenging educators and learners in the way we percieve learning.
- Balancing the 'inner' and 'outer' dimension of renewal leadership is an important and fine balance.
- More U case stories are much welcomed and needed.

- Deeping the 'presence' practice and understanding in all parts of the work.
- Further unfold the 'Renewal Leader'-field into 'innovation labs' around specific focus areas.
- Further connect 'Renewal Leader' and the 'Renewal Leaders' to the larger global U-school process.
