IDEAS Project
IDEAS (Innovative, Dynamic Education and Action for Sustainability) is a multi-sector innovation program in Indonesia for leaders from all sectors of society. It involves a 10-month learning to action journey that is designed to enhance the leadership capacities to deal with Indonesia’s multi-faceted challenges more effectively.

ELIAS 2.0
The Presencing Institute, the Society for Organizational Learning, the MIT Leadership Center, and the
MIT Center for Reflective Community Practice are launching the second year of the program “Emerging Leaders
Innovate Across Sectors” (ELIAS). ELIAS is a global cross-sector network of high-potential leaders and
their institutions working collectively to generate new ideas, prototypes, and ventures. The purpose of
ELIAS is to contribute to the evolution of sustainable global market systems that build human, social, and
natural capital as well as financial and industrial capital.

Capacity Building
The Presencing Capacity Programs introduce the U-process and Theory U, a social technology for helping to bring about profound innovation and change. Currently, the PI offers two introductory programs:
Presencing Global Classroom
An online program that introduces the core ideas and practices of Presencing in five life online sessions facilitated by Otto Scharmer. Participants will also work in small groups via skype or conference calling.
The Presencing Foundations Program
A 3-4 day intense introduction into the concepts and practices of Theory U and Presencing. In this program you will learn how to sense and seize future opportunities and how to connect to the deeper journey of your professional and personal life in order to become a more effective leader and change-maker in your work environment. Facilitators are Otto Scharmer, Beth Jandernoa and Arawana Hayashi.
