- Hosting space for learning rather then teaching

- All 40 places filled every year
- Growing network of YIP Alumni
- Network covering every continent
- Community of practice and sharing of learning
- a "Learning Partnership" with other instutions
- Successful collaboration with business, instutions, school and organizations.

- Finding contributors to the program
- Developing a new financial model
