Container of trust

Without trust the resisting influences of the voice of judgement, the voice of cynicism and the voice of fear will persist.
In order to build sustainable organizations, teams and change the basic foundation is trust. Trust enables opening, sharing and the opportunity to listen to the future, which will emerge.
If we learn to fully trust we loose the fear of letting go and create the opportuinties for letting come.
Trust is the opening tool. Trust creates the intention for overcoming the dominance of our heads (we can go with the flow or we can react to the flow without trying to manipulate results), the domination of the hand (we are trapped in our fears and therefore act without awareness of what is it, what we be done) and the dominance of our unability to form essential relationships (bla-bla-bla as protection for the risk to get injured).We want to create tools and processes which help to step in and to travel along the U with the full potential of trust.
We want to identify key elements to enable groups and individuals to develop trust and to act from that field.
Co-Creation of our small microcosm of trust and by that explore what is needed to create trust and the needed change.
We learn to create trust in related teams and organization. We become the change we want to see in the world (Mahatma Gandhi). We become CONTAINERS OF TRUST for us and people we deal with.

If people lack trust in relationships or in them-seves we will create the old results again and again. Only if beings can open for more openess it is possible to have open mind, open heart and open will.
