Building leadership with mindfulness

Mindfulness based leadership embodies: resilience, fearlessness, inquiring openness, and a reaching out to the future that is emerging. Leadership that builds on mindfulness can contribute to resilient, transparent and innovative organizations and to a sustainable world society that works for all.
