Janice Spadafore

Janice Spadafore works with Otto Scharmer on all his consulting projects and calendar events handling all the financial and logistical details as well as client relations. She is a founding member of the Presencing Institute and leads the development of the web based infrastructure.

Formerly General Manager of Generon Consulting, a Boston-based consulting firm and Investor relations and Government Liaison officer for a computer systems and software public company. She has also served as Director of a non-profit, non-kill animal shelter and served as the Massachusetts Feral TNR Network Administrator. Her 20 years of financial, computer and communications experience has given her an efficiency and knowledge base to start, manage and grow numerous types of organizations. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College, Andover, MA.
