Presencing Foundation Program: US - 2012

A 3-4 day intense introduction into the concepts and practices of Theory U and Presencing. In this program you will learn how to sense and seize future opportunities and how to connect to the deeper journey of your professional and personal life in order to become a more effective leader and change-maker in your work environment. This program will be facilitated by Otto Scharmer, Beth Jandernoa, and Arawana Hayashi.

Introduction to Theory U and Presencing - 2012

Otto Scharmer facilitates this virtual, global classroom designed to provide an introduction into Theory U and the process of Presencing. This is a foundational program for change makers and leaders in business and government, as well as those working in community contexts. No prior experience with the U-process or Presencing is required.

Social Presencing Theater Workshop

This workshop provides a training in applying embodiment practices and Social Presencing Theater in leadership and change work. Participants practice four forms – the Twenty Minute Dance, the Village, Duet, and Field Dance to enhance an experiential understanding of Theory U. These forms are the basis for Social Presencing Theater. By embodying and using non-verbal techniques to inquire into “stuck” situations in our personal and organizational life, surprising insights and possibilities arise.
