In order to share the results of our programs, Presencing Institute (“PI”) may make audio and audiovisual recordings and photographs of our events.
By entering the program venue and attending our events, you grant to PI the right to record and take photographs of you at the event. PI may use all or some of these recordings, photographs and your name without limitation in a PI project, other projects, and their related materials (collectively, the “Projects”).
The Projects may be distributed, reproduced, made use of and sold worldwide in a variety of ways, including television and radio (broadcast, cable and satellite), cassettes and DVDs and their packaging, on the Internet, and any new media.
By entering the event venue, you agree that PI and its assigns shall own the copyright in the recordings they make of the proceedings and the participants. PI assumes no responsibility for your decision to appear in the Projects.
